So much information comes my way–new insights daily from science confirming the benefits of Healthy living. Everyone knows these things. I really don’t believe more information is going to move people in the direction of a healthy lifestyle.

It doesn’t matter if the method is incremental change, or drastic change; YOU NEED TO GET MOTIVATED.
Emotions can only take you so far. It gets done with a personal commitment to yourself.
